２本針巻き縫い仕様の5ポケットジーンズ"Visalia"

まだデニムパンツがウエストオーバーオールと呼ばれていた時代のワークパンツをモチーフに、SOCの世界観で再構築したワイドストレートレッグ。

当時のシルエットから細かいパターン修正を加えてできたシルエットは、上品さと履きやすさを兼ねた定番シリーズ中で最もワイドフィットなモデル。

フロントポケットに入る曲線の飾りステッチや、W字を描くバックシンチは補強も兼ねたオリジナルのデザインで、機能とデザインが融合されたモデルです。

前立てとヒヨクが一体型で、力が入り股が裂けないように考えられたヴィンテージワークウエアの仕様となります。

バックポケット裏の補強とポケットの袋布は別布使いで、レングス内側の縫い代の始末にはロックミシンを使用せず巻き込んで縫製をした、細部までこだわり抜いた仕様になっています。

ヴィンテージデニムの奥深いディテールをさらに掘り下げ、熟練の職人が持つ技術を集約させて作り上げています。

ヴィンテージのダックキャンバスをモチーフに、旧式力織機で織り上げたセルビッチ付きブラウンキャンバス。

より当時のワークウェアらしさを感じることができるブラウンキャンバスは、ザラ感のある生地のため、着用を重ねることで経年変化も楽しめる生地になっています。

Five-pocket jeans made with double-needle lap seam. The wide-legged silhouette is based on work pants from the era when denim pants were called 'waist-overalls', and has been modernized by SOC. The curved decorative stitching on the front pockets and the W-shaped buckles are original designs that also serve as reinforcement, making this model a fusion of function and style. The front placket is constructed as a continuous one-piece, which is a vintage workwear design to prevent the crotch from tearing due to force.

The reinforcement of the back pockets and the pocket fabric are made of a separate fabrics, and the seams on the inside of the leg are folded inside instead of using a over-lock machine. The profound details of vintage denim are further elaborated by integrating the skills of expert craftsmen.

The brown canvas is based on a vintage duck canvas using a traditional shuttle loom. The brown canvas most resembles the traditional workwear style, and the rough texture ages beautifully over time and wear.
